The "Glow-Up" Smoothie Bowl

📝 Ingredients:
1 Frozen Banana
100g Frozen Berries
100ml Almond or Oat milk
1 pack Bonny Bite Dried Watermelon
Handful of Bonny Bite Crunchy & Puffed Apple
1 tsp Almond Butter
Method:
Blend the banana, frozen berries, and milk until thick (it should be the consistency of soft-serve ice cream).
Pour into a shallow bowl.
Place the Dried Watermelon on one side—these provide the iron and magnesium needed for recovery.
Add a handful of Crunchy & Puffed Apple for a light, honey-like sweetness and crunch.
Drizzle with almond butter and enjoy with a spoon!
