The "Glow-Up" Smoothie Bowl

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • 100g Frozen Berries

  • 100ml Almond or Oat milk

  • 1 pack Bonny Bite Dried Watermelon

  • Handful of Bonny Bite Crunchy & Puffed Apple

  • 1 tsp Almond Butter

Method:

  1. Blend the banana, frozen berries, and milk until thick (it should be the consistency of soft-serve ice cream).

  2. Pour into a shallow bowl.

  3. Place the Dried Watermelon on one side—these provide the iron and magnesium needed for recovery.

  4. Add a handful of Crunchy & Puffed Apple for a light, honey-like sweetness and crunch.

  5. Drizzle with almond butter and enjoy with a spoon!
