No-Bake "Melon-Berry" Cheesecake Pots

📝 Ingredients:
150g oat biscuits or digestive biscuits
250g cream cheese (low fat works too)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pack Bonny Bite Dried Melon
1 pack Bonny Bite Crunchy & Puffed Strawberries
Method:
Divide the crushed biscuits into 4 small glass jars or ramekins.
Whisk the cream cheese and vanilla together.
Finely chop the Dried Melon and fold it into the cream cheese. The melon pieces will soften slightly, creating "fruity pockets."
Spoon the mixture over the biscuit base.
Top each pot with Crunchy & Puffed Strawberries. They provide a dramatic, airy crunch against the creamy filling.
