Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

  • 1 banana

  • ½ cup yogurt or almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)

  • A handful of spinach (optional, for added nutrients)

Preparation:
