    2 tablespoons walnuts or almonds (optional)

Method:

Whisk together the strained yogurt, milk, and honey until smooth. Stir in the puffed apple pieces and a pinch of cinnamon. Top with chopped walnuts or almonds, along with a sprinkle of oats. Serve chilled and enjoy!
