Puffed Apple Overnight Oats
📝 Ingredients:
- 1½ cups rolled oats
3/4 cup of milk (or oat milk)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 small apple diced
Bonny Bite Crunchy & Puffed Apples
A pinch of cinnamon
Method:
In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and cinnamon.
Stir in the diced fresh apple.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
In the morning, top with the Bonny Bite Crunchy & Puffed Apple pieces for crunch and extra flavour.
