Puffed Apple Overnight Oats

📝 Ingredients:

  • - 1½ cups rolled oats

  • 3/4 cup of milk (or oat milk)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1 small apple diced

  • Bonny Bite Crunchy & Puffed Apples

  • A pinch of cinnamon

Method:

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and cinnamon.

  2. Stir in the diced fresh apple.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

  4. In the morning, top with the Bonny Bite Crunchy & Puffed Apple pieces for crunch and extra flavour.
